Our statement regarding COVID-19
We know that the past few weeks have been challenging for everyone, and we want to thank you for your patience, support and understanding as we all navigate the new normal together. Our goal, as always, is to ensure our customers have the supplies they need to keep their workplaces safe and productive.
Tennier has been designated an essential services business
Because we supply cleaning, disinfection and PPE products that are essential to the operation of so many businesses, from healthcare to grocery stores to food production, we are able to remain operational through the current crisis.
Our warehouse, delivery and service functions are currently operating normally, and in fact we have extended our delivery times to help ensure that our customers get the additional supplies they need at this time. While we are experiencing short-term backorders on some products, we are making every effort to provide partial orders or alternatives.
Safety first
As always, the safety of our employees and customers is our first concern. All Tennier employees have been thoroughly trained in accordance with Canadian public health and WHO guidelines. This includes handwashing and hand sanitizing, frequent disinfection of all surfaces, social distancing and the use of PPE (personal protection equipment) where appropriate.
We’re here to help
This is a difficult and challenging time for everyone, and we know that many organizations depend on us to keep their business running smoothly.
If you have any questions, concerns, or just need some help navigating this difficult time, please do not hesitate to call or email me or the staff member you normally work with. We’re all in this together – and that’s the only way we’ll all get through it.
Sincerely,
Darren Slemko. President
